Refund policy
If Swanky Amp Pro isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of buying it.

Refunds within 30 days
Write to support@resonantdsp.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. Write from the email address you bought with, or include your order number. You don't need to give a reason, though it helps us to hear one.
You can also ask Paddle, which sells the licence, through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with. How soon it shows up depends on your bank.
After 30 days
After 30 days a refund isn't guaranteed, but if Swanky Amp Pro doesn't work on your system and we can't fix it, write and tell us what happened.
What happens to your licence
A full refund ends the licence. The product key can no longer activate any computer, including one it activated before.
An activated computer doesn't check in with us again, so we can't switch it off remotely. Once you are refunded, please uninstall Swanky Amp Pro from every computer you activated.
Disputing a charge
Please write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank. Within 30 days of buying, a refund from us is quicker. A payment reversed through your bank ends the licence just as a refund does.

This policy adds to your rights under the law where you live and doesn't take any away.
