Include your product version, your operating system, your host and a short description of what happened. Keep passwords and payment-card details out of your message.
Licences and activation
The first time Swanky Amp Pro runs on a computer it asks for your product key and validates it over the internet. After that it runs on that computer offline, with no dongle and no third-party licence manager. Swanky Amp Free needs no product key.
A licence covers up to three computers. If activation says your key has reached its limit, write to us.

Owners of earlier versions
Earlier versions of each product stay in the downloads archive.
Keep your Swanky Amp Pro product key. Existing offline activations keep working, and a version 1 key also activates version 2.
